Build Your Business:
We Can Help

VoicePrint works for your organization in several
important ways

Over 5 million Canadians won't be reading any printed materials today. No newspapers. No magazines. No ads, press releases, brochures, direct mail, etc. They can’t. For many reasons, none having to do with lack of education or interest, these millions can’t read the print media you may use to inform, entertain or sell to Canadians. These millions are blind, low-vision or otherwise print-restricted.

These millions are just as interested — perhaps more so — as the average Canadian in what you have to say or offer. These Canadians are enthusiastic participants in society. They are good citizens. They are regular consumers of virtually everything average Canadians use, plus some goods and services of particular value to them. But they are difficult to reach by print media; they can’t independently access your printed message.

VoicePrint can reach this targeted audience for you with messages you prepare, or we create for you, from straightforward 30-second commercials to 10-minute or longer audio presentations of an important announcement or policy explanation. Private corporations, Non-Government Organizations, and Government Departments and Agencies at all three levels may benefit from our flexible “Fee for Service.” Among the potential benefits to you: increased sales, broader brand recognition and enhanced reputation.

Here are some examples of how we can help you reach our audience:

VoicePrint has dozens of programs, at least one of which should be a good fit for your company. Some run daily, others weekly, still others to mark special occasions or events. Program sponsorship includes open and closing billboards and one or more 30-second advertisement within the program, plus a supporting series of program promos with sponsor credits running at least a week in advance of the program. View VoicePrint's current program schedule for the time zone of your choice.

VoicePrint airs a MAXIMUM of 4 commercial minutes per hour. This clutter-free environment assists your campaign to achieve real impact with our audience. Advertisers may provide their own 30- or 60-second messages. VoicePrint also offers reasonably priced creative services, including script-writing and narration.

When you have a longer message to get to the 4.5 million Canadians in our target audience, VoicePrint’s Fee-For-Service department has the resources to help. Be it a brochure, guidebook, public notice, policy statement or any other kind of printed material, we’ll read and record it for you. We’ll present it one of two ways (or both should you so decide):

  1. through one or more regular time slots during our regular programming day in 1-to-5, 6-to-10 or more minutes in length per occasion
  2. on our popular Audio Archive Visitors to our site may retrieve your messages and review them anytime at their own convenience.

VoicePrint is building hundreds of Local Broadcast Centres (LBC) to serve small communities across Canada. We’re recruiting volunteers in each area to record items from local weekly newspapers: news, sports, community events, births/deaths, and grocery specials. The items are posted on the page devoted to the respective LBC. They may be retrieved by the local audience anytime. Material is updated at least weekly. Sponsorship within this opportunity offers a variety of low-cost possibilities.

More and more consumers choose to support businesses that give back to the community. By helping VoicePrint to fundraise, plan an event, or market our products and services (which are designed to assist our audience to enjoy the full access to information and entertainment that most people take for granted), you’ll show that your company is indeed a good corporate citizen, a fact we would recognize on air or on our web site.
