This Labour Day (September 1, 2008) from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., VoicePrint is
proud to present our annual summer send-off, which includes: 14 hours of
original programming for all things autumn and back-to-school. There will also
be a
revealing interview with Buzz Hargrove (details below) .

THE HELLBENDERS 1963 - Action
Shortly
after the Civil War, a Confederate colonel (Joseph Cotton) and his sons hijack a fortune and head for their
hideout through a gauntlet of Union Army patrols, sheriffs' posses, Mexican

THE GREEN PROMISE 1949 - Drama
In the 1940s, a widowed
farmer and his four children move to a new county, hoping to make a fresh
start. Walter Brennan and Natalie Wood star in this
heart-warming drama about the strength of one family and the rural community in
which they put down roots. Brennan gives a first-rate performance.

Hargrove reflects on his career in the labour movement on
the eve of his retirement from the CAW, examining his triumphs and setbacks and
shared what he believes unions must do to stay relevant in the 21st-century.
